Take Note!
  • Notice that it is customized to his particular doctor's practice. (It mentions the doctor's name, so the patient knows exactly who they are dealing with.)
  • Had this been a 'real' order and not a demo, the system would have automatically run Adam's credit card, and sent the order to the distributor, without any staff intervention.
  • The prices that the system quotes are the prices that the practice entered beforehand. The practice has full control over pricing & the distributors that they use.
  • The number of refills that he can order is also set by the practice. If he had run out of refills, then he wouldn't be allowed to place the order. Thus, the system gives the practitioner very tight control over prescriptions.
  • When the order goes in, staff is automatically notified by email. So the office is always aware of any patient orders flowing through the system.
