Patients should contact your office directly if they are having a problem with the system or their orders.

For the fastest response when contacting support, please be as specific as possible about the nature of the problem:

  • Include the order # that you are inquring about
  • Include the patient ID#, if known
  • Clearly state the nature of the problem
